Our mission is based on the knowledge that for young children to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually, they must live in an environment that fosters their growth. Consequently, our programs and activities focus not only on meeting the needs for the individual development of children pre-natal to 5 years of age, but also on strengthening parenting skills and the overall health of their families. In support of our mission, we provide programs and services for at-risk children and their families, and through collaborative efforts, we continue to strengthen and expand services.
